I can confidently say that Minami Sushi serves the tastiest sushi in Edinburgh. They specialize in Western-style sushi, while also offering a selection of traditional Japanese dishes such as Unadon and Nigiri.

Their fish is always fresh, as they receive daily deliveries on working days. This is a hidden sushi gem in the Edinburgh city center, tucked away behind St. James Quarter, near Waverley Station. Delicious and highly recommended!
