We exclusively use Royal Mail Tracked Next Day Delivery (including Saturday delivery) for all orders that require postal shipping.
Every parcel is fully tracked
You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched
Deliveries are made Tuesday to Saturday, usually by 8pm
For local deliveries within our selected Edinburgh zones, we hand-deliver all orders ourselves.
This ensures extra care and flexibility — ideal for larger or time-sensitive deliveries.
Free local delivery is available for qualifying orders over £50.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday.
Place your order by 10am for same-day dispatch on Next Day Delivery.
If you’ve selected a preferred delivery date and chosen standard or free shipping, we will dispatch your order 2 days ahead to ensure on-time arrival.
We offer free local delivery within select postcode zones in Edinburgh for orders over £50.
This option will appear automatically at checkout if your postcode qualifies.

Safe at room temperature during delivery
Best enjoyed within 5 days of delivery
Store in the fridge in an airtight container

No prices or billing information are ever included in the parcel
Yes – if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
Please contact us as early as possible.
Changes after 10am on the dispatch day may not be possible.
No. If you’re paying by PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, the recipient’s name may appear on the transaction, but they are not charged.
We never include invoices or pricing in the box.
Please place separate orders for each delivery address.
If you’re ordering in bulk on behalf of a business or organisation, email us your delivery list in a spreadsheet and we’ll handle the rest.

Our Royal Mail Next Day service is fast and reliable, but in rare cases delays may occur.

We take great care in packaging and dispatching your macarons to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, as our products are perishable and made to order, we are unable to accept returns.
If your macarons arrive damaged or inedible, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
Provide photos and/or video evidence showing the issue (e.g. broken, melted, or spoiled products)
Include your order number in the message
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:
✅ A full or partial refund, or
✅ A replacement box, depending on the situation
✅ Returns if your order is damaged during delivery
If your order arrives damaged and you wish to return it, we accept returns. However, in some cases you may be offered a full refund without the need to return the product.
We do not offer refunds or replacements if:
The delivery address provided was incorrect
The parcel was not collected in time
The recipient was unavailable and delivery was missed
