Delivery Policy

We take pride in making sure your French macarons arrive perfectly packaged, on time, and tasting just as they should — luxurious, delicate, and fresh. Whether you’re sending a gift, planning a celebration, or simply treating yourself, here’s how our delivery works:

Where Do We Deliver?

We currently deliver across the UK, including:

  • England

  • Scotland

  • Wales

  • Northern Ireland

  • The Channel Islands

❌ Please note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What Courier Do We Use?

We exclusively use Royal Mail Tracked Next Day Delivery (including Saturday delivery) for all orders that require postal shipping.

  • Every parcel is fully tracked

  • You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched

  • Deliveries are made Tuesday to Saturday, usually by 8pm

For local deliveries within our selected Edinburgh zones, we hand-deliver all orders ourselves.

This ensures extra care and flexibility — ideal for larger or time-sensitive deliveries.
Free local delivery is available for qualifying orders over £50.

When Will My Order Be Sent?

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday.

Cut-off Time:

Place your order by 10am for same-day dispatch on Next Day Delivery.

Selected Delivery Date:

  • If you’ve selected a preferred delivery date and chosen standard or free shipping, we will dispatch your order 2 days ahead to ensure on-time arrival.

Free Local Delivery (Edinburgh Only)

We offer free local delivery within select postcode zones in Edinburgh for orders over £50.

This option will appear automatically at checkout if your postcode qualifies.

Planning a Special Event or Wedding?

We highly recommend:

  • Ordering early to secure your delivery date

  • Selecting your preferred date at checkout

  • Scheduling delivery 1–2 days before your event to allow for any delays

We are accepting pre-orders through to the end of 2025 and into 2026.

Will My Macarons Stay Fresh in Transit?

Absolutely. Our macarons are:

  • Carefully packaged for transit

  • Safe at room temperature during delivery

Storage Advice:

  • Best enjoyed within 5 days of delivery

  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container

  • 🕒 Let them sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before serving to enjoy their full flavour and texture

  • Leave a personal message at checkout

  • Upgrade with a greeting card – we’ll handwrite your message

  • No prices or billing information are ever included in the parcel

Can I Change My Delivery Details?

Yes – if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.

Please contact us as early as possible.
Changes after 10am on the dispatch day may not be possible.

 Will the Recipient Be Charged?

No. If you’re paying by PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, the recipient’s name may appear on the transaction, but they are not charged.

We never include invoices or pricing in the box.

Need to Order to Multiple Addresses?

Please place separate orders for each delivery address.

If you’re ordering in bulk on behalf of a business or organisation, email us your delivery list in a spreadsheet and we’ll handle the rest.

Each order includes:

  • A flavour guide

  • A QR code linking to full ingredients per flavour on our blog

What If My Delivery Is Late?

Our Royal Mail Next Day service is fast and reliable, but in rare cases delays may occur.

  • Orders aren’t considered late until after the full delivery window has passed

  • First, check your tracking information

  • If further help is needed, contact Royal Mail directly or reach out to us

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate — we can’t take responsibility for delays due to incorrect information.

Returns & Refunds

We take great care in packaging and dispatching your macarons to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, as our products are perishable and made to order, we are unable to accept returns.

If your macarons arrive damaged or inedible, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide photos and/or video evidence showing the issue (e.g. broken, melted, or spoiled products)

  • Include your order number in the message

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:

  • ✅ A full or partial refund, or

  • ✅ A replacement box, depending on the situation

  • ✅ Returns if your order is damaged during delivery

If your order arrives damaged and you wish to return it, we accept returns. However, in some cases you may be offered a full refund without the need to return the product.

We do not offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The delivery address provided was incorrect

  • The parcel was not collected in time

  • The recipient was unavailable and delivery was missed
